Dual shaft bubble wrap slitting machine is designed for processing materials such as PE bubble film, aluminum foil-laminated bubble film, air-cushion film and EPE (expanded polyethylene) foam sheets. It converts wide master rolls into narrower finished rolls of various specifications.
The machine features a touchscreen interface paired with a PLC controller. It utilizes manual mechanical shaft loading and dual air-expansion shafts for rewinding. Rewind tension is managed via magnetic particle control, while the unwinding process employs a mechanical brake. The system is easy to operate and ensures stable, reliable performance.

1. Transmission/Guide Rollers: Equipped with 70-series hard aluminum alloy rollers that have undergone dynamic balancing.
2. Unwind System: Features a 5kg magnetic particle brake and one 3-inch key-type air-expansion shaft.
3. Rewind System: Equipped with two 50 N·m (5kg) magnetic particle clutches/brakes.
4. Rewinding Method: Utilizes dual air-expansion shafts.
5. Transmission Mechanism: Driven by a gear and chain system.
