Single color aluminum foil printing machine is designed for single-color printing on aluminum foil and film rolls. It utilizes the flexographic printing process, transferring ink via a metal anilox roller and imprinting the design onto the aluminum foil surface through the elastic contact of the printing plate's image areas. It is commonly used to print logos, text, and simple patterns on materials such as aluminum foil for food and pharmaceutical packaging, aluminum foil composite film and aluminum foil paper etc.
